107. Best Therapy Technique for Trauma, Overcoming Fear & Anxiety

In this episode, we are going to compare traditional therapy with subconscious release technique. There is truly a massive difference between talking about a certain trauma or experience, and being able to process the emotions around that experience and release them.
A lot of people feel that traditional therapy just brings those experiences up and then there’s not much they can do with them besides that which is why so many of the reviews I get back from my clients compare the massive result difference between the two techniques.
This truly is alternative therapy, we don’t need pills to help us calm down, we don’t need pills to help numb us from feeling anxiety, pain or fear. Sometimes we need someone that will listen to us and be able to help us figure out what parts of our story we’re clinging to. Because when we get to finally address them, then we have set ourselves up to overcome the traumas and the experiences that keep us in fight or flight far longer than we need to be.
True healing is like this. It’s when we get to better ourselves and our circumstances in ways that we never thought were possible.
