14. Shifting Your Perspective on What IS in Your Control, Subconscious Release

There's a lot of misconceptions around what is "in our control" versus not in our control. The biggest of these is in our mindset. But how do we begin to shift our mindset? Let's break down what this may look like for you and do some releases around the subconscious program "not in my control". These releases are so good! 

 

As an entrepreneur just like you, I had to overcome my fear of being seen in order to create a thriving business. I had no idea that this concern was leading to anxiety and the constant pull to compare my work to others.  But once I figured that out, I was able to release myself from those unwanted feelings and thrive as a Wife, Mom and Business Owner.

 

My name is Aubrey and I am an intuitive Coach and healer. For the last 15 years, I have been working one-on-one with my clients to reach their ultimate potential. And I ran a photography business for the last 8 years as well. My combined work of being a Reiki Master, Subconscious Release Technique Practitioner and a creative entrepreneur has taught me so much about our thoughts impact every aspect of life and I want to share it all with you.  Because you know what, I’ve been there. But at some point, I stopped letting life happen to me, and I created the life that I knew I deserved all along.
