22. When ”Think Positive” isn’t the Best Approach, Mindset Mentor
I love thinking positive, it has truly shifted my mind during hard times. But what I am focusing on today is knowing WHEN to stop and ask yourself the following questions:
"Is my mind or body trying to tell me something?"
"Do I need to assess where these emotions are coming from?"
"Am I suppressing a trauma to the detriment of my well being?"
