49. Your Personality Can Change Based on Trauma, Creative Business

Today's episode was inspired by a Dr. Joe Dispenza quote.

"You are transparent when how you appear is who you are. And when you live your life that way, you will experience a state of gratitude and elevated joy- your natural state of being." 

I wanted to break down this as simply as possible and talk about why our personality may shift because of trauma and how important it is to do your own inner work to heal past those in order to live in more gratitude and joy.
