Even as adults, we need to continue to learn how to best approach situations in our life from a healing place, instead of a coping place. I am always preaching about deep healing in this podcast! And in this episode, I want to give you some tips on how to dive in on your own when you have a situation come up that "triggers" you. Let's see what kind of changes we can make by having a direct conversation with ourselves.
