You may hear me bring up traumas and life experiences during every episode but it's never to place blame on someone else. It is ALWAYS to recognize patterns and bring us back to a state of balance and growth. 

Today we will talk about how our past experiences shape us and sometimes repress our energetic signature. Simply put, they stop us from shining! But we're not here to be dull or boring. We're here to create art in a profound and unique way. Each of us can tap into that ability as we hone our skills and techniques.
